The information we collect is used to purchase insurance coverage on your behalf. We may provide this information to more than one insurance company in the process of obtaining the type of coverage you have requested. This information is also retained in our computer and paper files for future applications of insurance for your benefit. These disclosures are only made as permitted or required by law, such as disclosures to affiliates, and organizations that perform services or functions on our behalf to serve you and to regulatory, law enforcement and governmental authorities.

We do not share medical information except with your prior authorization or as permitted or required by law.

How We Protect Your Information
We treat all personal information we collect as confidential information offered to us solely and exclusively so that we may provide life, health, annuity, workers compensation, property and casualty policies for your benefit.

Under no circumstances do we sell any of the information we collect. The unaffiliated companies with whom we do share your personal information are not authorized to use or share this information other than for the purpose of providing quotes or insurance policies for which the information was submitted.
