Many people need after-hours claims service. Most insurance companies now have 24-hour toll-free numbers for their customers to use. There are also separate phone numbers to contact for glass-only claims. Some of these companies now request that our customers call directly to the company claims department to speed up claim settlement. Please note, if you have had an accident, you need to file an auto accident report form with the State of Oregon DMV within 72 hours of the accident.
